How could we develop compassion embodied skills in our work places, in a more practical manner? Five different tools focusing on embodied compassion:

1.Taking care of individual and organizational wellbeing, physically and mentally.2.Bringing holistic, cultural, artistic elements to the workplace.3.Practicing cultural embodied exercises together. 4.Being aware of the power of emotions at work – abilities and inabilities. 5.Paying attention to the spatial structures as well as the inspirational aesthetic quality of the working space

Compassion embodied toolbox

How could we develop compassion embodied skills in our work places, in a more practical manner? This workshop will introduce you to five different tools focusing on embodied compassion.

1)    Taking care of individual and organizational wellbeing, physically and mentally. 

2)    Bringing holistic, cultural, artistic elements to the workplace.

3)    Practicing cultural embodied exercises together.
