Abstract [en]

This project investigates how the use of creative writing, time restriction and movement could benefit the flow of first impulses to gain a greater freedom in composing and performing. The essay describes two different methods and its impact on a creative process resulting in four new compositions. Towards the end, this bachelor thesis depicts how the playful framework provided by the methods have helped connecting the creative process with a more playful, allowing attitude, which provides the foundation for a more authentic artistry.
