Abstract [en]

The purpose of this project has been to develop a practice method for studying phrasing from bebop piano and horn players on the drums, aiming to enhance my own phrasing on the drum set within the bebop style. As a drummer, my earlier studies of the genre have focused on books and transcribing jazz drummers from the bebop era. This time, I created a method for learning phrasing through bebop heads, which I later practiced in specific ways on the drum set.
